Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Shipping for all pre-paid orders within India is Free.
- All the orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days from the date of placing the order.
- We provide standard shipping as well as express shipping option which you can choose from the checkout page while placing your order.

- The customers will receive an intimation once the product is dispatched. The customers can expect the delivery within 5-7 days from the date of dispatch with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
- Delivery is trackable and 100% insured. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door
- If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.
- If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
- If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on 7678519704 or write to us at orders@trendytokari.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
- For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. If due to any reason, we are unable to fulfil the order in 25 days, it shall be cancelled.
- Prepaid express shipping orders take up to 3 business days. Please call us between 10 to 7 PM on working days.
- As a company policy, we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. The products are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of shipment delivery.
- Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
- We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Trendy tokari provides international shipments, most of the shipments take place with Fedex, DHL & Aramex. We happily offer our customers lucrative shipping for all international orders.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to the shipping destination and are borne by the customer. As the recipient, the customer is liable for all applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes (If any) levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Exchanges and Return are not applicable on international orders
