  • Yes, we do ship internationally. 

  • Do you take requests for customization of products?
  • Yes, we do customize products with respect to sizing on request. With every product, the option of custom size is available. You can mention your customization at the time of checking out. Alternatively, you can email us your requirements at orders@trendytokari.com.

  • How do I know my size?
  •  On every product page, we have provided a standard size chart which can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit. All measurements are in inches (in), so measure yourself accordingly.

  •  Do you have an XL size?
  • We at Trendy tokari, celebrate women in all shapes and sizes. Hence, there is a range of sizes available from XS to XXL in our diverse collection. In case of any bigger size you can choose the ‘Custom’ option and share your customization at orders@trendytokari.com.  

  • How do I place an order on your website?
  • Once you decide on making a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order. Select a suitable size from the drop-down list. Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order.There’ll be a slide-in window at the right-hand side with your order total and a “Checkout” button. Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.

  • I have a promo code, how do I apply it?
  •  You can apply a discount promo code on the shipping page on the right-hand side tab. The shipping page appears after you have filled in customer information. 

  • What happens once my order is placed?
  • Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email and whatsapp message from Trendytokar.com. We will then start making your order, from our Greater Noida warehouse and keep you informed at every step with regards to the delivery of the same. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Then, your item is shipped to your location.

    You will receive a tracking ID from us to be entered on our website. You can track your order with the tracking ID until it’s delivered.

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED AT Trendy tokari?
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support the following modes of payments-

Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive/store your card details.

  • What are the shipping charges I need to pay for an order?
  • For domestic orders, the shipping charges are included in the price of the product. All the prepaid orders are eligible for free delivery. In case of COD orders, Rs 200 is levied as shipping charge. However, if the order value is more than Rs 5,000, COD orders are liable for free shipping. Please use code ZEROSHIP at the time of checkout to avail free delivery.

    For international orders, shipping will be based on the weight of the shipment. The shipping charges will be calculated @ Rs 1500  per kg.

  • Do you offer Express Shipping?
  • Trendy tokari offers express shipping for all your urgent occasion needs. For express delivery, a shipping charge of INR 250 is levied on your order.

  • In how many days will my order get delivered?
  • If you choose the standard shipping option, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 7 working days.

    If you choose the express shipping option, you will receive your order within 4 working days.

  • Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
  •  Each order is shipped only to a single address. However, if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you may do so by placing multiple orders.

  • Will I get a refund of my Shipping Charges in case of return?
  •  No. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of exchange or cancellations.

  • Why is tax being charged on my order?
  • Tax is levied on the sale of any commodity, which here represents Goods and Service Tax (GST). This tax is collected and deposited by trendytokari.com to the relevant government authorities. All products are inclusive of tax.

  • What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?
  •  For all online order, our delivery service providers will make two attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse.

    In the case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Delivery Service provider normally calls before making a delivery attempt. If a customer is not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, two more attempts are made automatically and after that product is returned to our warehouse.

  • Do you accept returns?
  •  When you make a purchase with trendytokari.com, we believe you have placed our valued trust in us and have understood all our terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. We are a small start-up passionate about providing the trendiest designs at affordable prices. Hence, currently, our business model does not give us the flexibility to accept returns unless the product is damaged or if you receive a wrong product.

  • What if I receive a damaged product?
  •  In that case, we exchange the product and send you another product. You can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and place your replacement request to orders@trendytokari.com

  • Can I cancel my order?
  • Yes, we give you the flexibility to cancel your order “before” it leaves our warehouse i.e. before it gets shipped. You can send the email at orders@trendytokari.com in case you want to request cancellation.

  • How do I cancel my product?
  •  We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Simply write to us on orders@trendytokari.com with your order number and we will cancel your order for you.

  • Can I cancel an order after shipping?
  •  After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

  • How will I be refunded for a canceled order or a return?
  • On successfully processing the refund, the exchange coupon code for the eligible amount  will be issued  to you. You will be able to use this coupon code on any of your future purchases on trendytokari.com.
